About this deal

If you’ve never used a drawing tablet before, it does take some time to get used to looking at your computer screen while you’re drawing on the tablet instead of the “paper” under the pen tip. That said, it doesn’t take that long to get used to it. The HS610 is a 13.75 x 8.25 inch sized graphics tablet that is thin and light enough that it doesn’t take up too much space or bulk in your gear bag.

The pen features 8192 levels of pen pressure sensitivity and ±60° tilt support along with a battery-free design so you won’t have to worry about it running out of juice or having to charge it on a regular basis. The surface itself has a bit more tooth and texture to it than the Inspiroy H1060P I recently tried out, which as already mentioned is the same size and in a similar price range (depending on where you live – US or UK). This is good for a more pen-on-paper feel, though will wear down your nibs a little faster (don’t forget it comes with a bunch of spare nibs, so will last a fair while). Apart from the 12 press buttons there is a touch wheel with another press button in the centre. The central press button allows you to configure the touch wheel for a variety of uses, including zoom, scroll and adjust. This is a nice touch and means getting to grips with the general flow of the tablet, once you’ve customised the buttons to shortcuts of your choosing, is very intuitive. If you're looking for an affordable drawing tablet that makes workflow all the smoother, the Huion HS610 is a good choice. The Huion H420X comes with a Huion's PW100 pen, the same battery-free stylus that comes with most of the brand's Inspiroy and HS tablets and which we found worked well on this budget tablet. The small size means it's not ideal for working on larger monitors, but it's a good option for smaller screens to replace a mouse. It's easy to install and works well with the Huion Sketch app for Android and other programs such as Krita, MediBang, PS and Affinity. The real star of the show is the included Huion PW517 pen. There's no need for batteries or charging cables, as it draws its power directly from the tablet via electromagnetic resonance. This pen delivers excellent drawing performance and control. It’s smooth and satisfying to use, working up to 10mm from the screen surface, with virtually no parallax. Drawing On-the-go: HS610 graphic tablet support Android mobile phone connection, as well as macOS 10.12 or later and Windows 7 or later operating system. Easily connect your device to HS610 tablet, play the OSU! Game or start your work, sketch, paint or edit photes, sign documents digitally, create mind-maps, draw diagrams or take notes. Nice choice for for Distance Education and Web Conference, online meeting or teaching.

If you need a straightforward graphics tablet rather than a pen display, our top choice for beginners is the Huion HS610. When we reviewed this budget option, we found it to be a versatile device with plenty of features, including 12 hard express keys and 16 soft keys. It has a 10 x 6.25-inch working area for a PC (3.9 x 6.25-inches for mobiles).

You shall make sure that the contents of works uploaded do not violate laws and regulations, contain no illegal or harmful factors of violent, pornographic and reactionary nature, or infringe any legal right of any third party. It's not quite as accomplished as Wacom's finest, but it is much cheaper and comes with a responsive battery-free stylus, too. It closely resembles Wacom's Intuos line, and is a good choice if you're tempted by those tablets but would prefer something a little more affordable. The drawing tablet and pen come with a handy “ink well” to hold the pen when it’s not being used. The holder also holds the extra nibs. Let’s draw something! The PW100 stylus is the standard for a number of the best Huion tablets. Its 8,192 levels of pressure sensitivity are also a standard for most styluses in general, premium or not. REVIEW – Creating art on your laptop using a mouse, or on your phone/tablet using a finger is doable, but a specially designed digitizer tablet and pen can take your drawings from doodles to Dali (he’s an artist, google him). What is it?
