About this deal

On a final note, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the audio quality. This headset works with THX spatial audio which creates an immersive 360-degree sound stage. Razer believes that it is even better than 7.1 surround sound and does a near-perfect job of replicating virtual sound sources whether it’s up-close or far away. Even our absolute favourite gaming headsets fail to go toe-to-toe with an ok quality desktop microphone. Audio Technica's new ATH-M50xSTS StreamSet headset says hell no to that, spend all that money on me instead. On the bright side, the microphone on the H510 Zeus is just phenomenal and offers great clarity for your voice. You usually don’t expect to get a mic this good on headsets at this price point. The noise-canceling feature works well, and the mic is detachable, meaning you can easily get rid of it when you don’t need it.

The build quality may not be all that durable so I recommend doing your best to keep it free from bumps and scrapes. No more throwing away your headphones when you’re raging. This is a very lightweight and comfortable gaming headset that is primarily built from plastic with little bits of metal parts for strength and durability. For the price you’re paying, this offers decent sound quality. However, the bass is not as powerful, and the sound quality takes a pretty big hit when you put it up at higher volumes. If you are in the market for a headset for casual use, it will do just fine. However, if you need higher audio quality, we would recommend looking at another headset on this list. The microphone sounds great, anyways, and that's what really counts here. I'm really impressed with just how clear the HS55's microphone is: the subtle tones and nuance of my voice's luscious timbre (in my opinion) come through accurately in testing, which you can listen to below. There's a surprising level of clarity in this mic, even in the lower ranges, and it's a really great solution for a budget headset. The Kraken BT appeals to a very specific type of gamer. If you want the cutest wireless pink gaming headset available, then this is an excellent choice. You will appreciate the great audio quality and long battery life, but you will have to get a stand-alone microphone if you stream or play with friends on regular basis. The microphone cannot be detached and it cannot be folded up to the earcups. Instead, it is retractable and includes a button on the microphone itself. The button allows you to mute the mic and also lights up in red whenever the mic is muted.

Turning to competitive shooters like CoD Warzone and Apex Legends, the impressive clarity and fantastic audio positioning make it easy to identify the location and relative distance of opponents. Every bullet sings and whines, explosions boom and shake and environments come to life. These are extremely well-built headphones with a level of comfort that is hard to beat. Forget even lambskin leather, these pads wrap your ears with heavenly comfort. The huge circular velour pads completely cover the ears and fellow bespectacled gamers won't face any discomfort either. I don't know how long they'll last but thankfully, they are replaceable. The outer part of the headband is built from metal and it provides strength and protection to the elastic headband. This metal headband is also where you can attach/detach the included cat ears. Finally, we come to the last headset in this round-up. The Sades Mpower Angel Edition comes up short in just about every category worth considering. The look might be for you, but you might not appreciate the sound and microphone quality. Overall, it is a decent offering for the money. Just so you know, that’s not a typo in the product name. PlayStation names their headsets Silver for wired models and Gold for wireless. This one just so happens to also have gold in the name of the color.

Buying Guide

The price listed at this time makes the EG3 Pro one of the best budget-priced pink gaming headsets. This headset works with a PC and console, although the USB hookup is only for the lighting effects. If you need a good all-around headset for a reasonable price, you may have found the right one.

For a budget headset, the sound quality is not too bad on the G951s. You get some decent bass, so it should sound great if you are playing your favorite online shooter. Like a lot of lower-priced headphones, you will lose sound quality at higher levels. If you are an audio enthusiast that likes to play it loud, you might want to consider spending a little more. That being said, the quality is not bad for the price you are paying. The cushioning on the earpads is a little light but does a good job of keeping the ears well-padded and comfortable.Listening to music is a lovely experience in the ATH-M50xSTS, which I kind of expect for an Audio Technica headset. These are essentially a rebuild of the ATH-M50x so they're brimming with that good sound DNA. It's well balanced with little details shining through in songs. A little bass heavy in the way that all headsets tend to be, but it's fairly mild and the bright treble and warm tones are lovely to be immersed in. Aesthetics-wise, the quartz pink color from Razer really does shine, plus the stand included with this bundle also matches in quartz pink. Apart from that, if you have any other pink gear from Razer, it will match perfectly. This bundle is a great choice if you need your all-pink rig to look its best.
