The Penitent Engine, Repentia, and Flagellants are alldeadly but extremely fragile melee combatants. There’s nothing stopping you popping the Repentia and Flagellants into the Rhino for some extra protection, but remember they won’t be able to charge if they disembark from the transport after it has moved.

In Tier 3 and beyond Battle Sisters become less important as Sister Repentia Squads and Immolators usurp their roles as front line infantry and morale breakers, respectively. They remain useful and by no means should be fazed out, but they cannot be relied on as the main body of your force like the more versatile Space Marine Squads can. While there will be more powerful Acts of Faith available, the Missionary still remains a powerful attachment to the squad.
